Lacie was never meant to be a “traditional” lawyer.  Her international experience, working in London on legal issues pertaining to the unfolding financial crisis and in Laos consulting with companies throughout Southeast Asia, provided an education that law schools never dream of imparting.

At Wagonheim Law, Lacie is able to combine her diverse and expansive knowledge of business law with the different perspective required of an entrepreneurial law firm.  Lacie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and collections, where she is able to employ her almost disturbing level of online investigatory prowess and unique world view.

Since her admission to the Maryland Bar in 2009, Lacie has amassed significant experience in commercial litigation, collections, and insurance defense work.  She has also served as a legal advisor on business and corporate matters to Lao PDR, a rapidly developing country in Southeast Asia where she had performed due diligence and engaged in extensive litigation preparatory work for international contract disputes.

When she’s not practicing law, Lacie spends time encouraging the office to live a healthier lifestyle—she’s currently implementing an official office ‘smoothie day’. To compliment this healthy lifestyle, Lacie enjoys practicing yoga and is an avid runner.
